Enabling and disabling Users

You can enable and disable a User in the User pane of the user record. Disabling a User prevents all Logins under that User from being used by end users until it is re-enabled.

You can only enable Users that are Disabled, and you can only disable Users that are Enabled.

To enable a User

  1. Search for the end user's record.
  2. Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
  3. In the User pane, select Menu Icon > Enable User.
  4. Select Enable. The User is now enabled.

To disable a User

  1. Search for the end user's record.
  2. Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
  3. In the User pane, select Menu Icon > Disable User.
  4. Select Disable. The User is now disabled.
