Enabling and disabling Users
You can enable and disable a User in the User pane of the user record. Disabling a User prevents all Logins under that User from being used by end users until it is re-enabled.
You can only enable Users that are Disabled, and you can only disable Users that are Enabled.
To enable a User
- Search for the end user's record.
- Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
- In the User pane, select
> Enable User.
- Select Enable. The User is now enabled.
To disable a User
- Search for the end user's record.
- Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
- In the User pane, select
> Disable User.
- Select Disable. The User is now disabled.
